Fourteen years is a long time. A lot changes happen in fourteen years.
We’ve gotten older…well you have, I stopped aging at 29;
We’ve lived in two states;
moved four times;
got married and had four gorgeous babies together;
collectively earned two bachelors degrees, one teaching credential, one master’s degree, one more master’s degree to come soon;
and bought and sold more cars than I can count.
We both changed careers and put our families first.
I can’t believe that our young (and at time stupid) selves made it this far.
Fourteen years and not a day goes by that I’d want anything else, anyone else, or be anywhere else than by your side, until death do us part.
I wouldn’t change a thing. The good, the not so good, all of it has shaped us, our family, our life. It has shaped who we are, who we will be in the years to come and who are boys will be when they have their own families.
Through all the changes one thing remains…I’m still into you.
I love you babe. Thank you for the life we’ve built; for our children; and for everything you do for all of us. We love and appreciate you more than you know. Happy Anniversary!
