It’s been a momma and baby only target shopping; cavity free dentist appointment making, grinch slime playing kind of week.
For me (and only me) it was a Annie Sloan chalk paint buying, dresser refinishing, birthday session, and bathroom cabinet painting kind of week.
It was a spaghetti eating, cuddling with momma, gingerbread pla-doh, and MORE grinch slime playing kind of week.
And it was a FUN New Years celebrating kind of week!
that’s one packed week:) did you like using the chalk paint? what did you use it for?
Hi Briana! I LOVE the chalk paint, I used to use spray paint and latex, but now I will never use anything else. It is very much worth the money. I painted a dresser with a mirror that were given to us. I figured if I got the furniture for free, it was worth it to spend a little more than I usually would on paint. I’ll be posting pictures of it after I find drawer pulls.
thanks for responding angela. what makes it worth the money over regular paint? i don’t know anything about it really, except for that i love the label:) and its more expensive.
Just saw this today…the paint requires NO prep work. No sanding, no stripping, just a quick dust then paint. And you can paint over just about any surface including laminate furniture-which you would have to strip and/or sand to paint with regular paint. The extra time and supplies required for the extra steps with regular paint makes it worth it on the annie sloan.
